提高风电并网系统低电压穿越能力的SMES-FCL容量优化

         

摘要

针对SMES-FCL平抑风电输出功率波动和提高风电并网系统低电压穿越能力的磁体初始储能容量优化问题, 从安全稳定运行兼顾经济性的角度对适用于双馈异步发电机并网系统的SMES-FCL配置方式进行分析.提出用于评价双馈风电系统低电压穿越能力的并网点电压偏移量指标, 综合考虑经济成本建立SMES-FCL磁体容量优化的多目标模型.采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解得到符合研究目标的容量优化方案, 并与SMES进行性能对比分析, 仿真结果表明SM ES-FCL相对于SM ES可提高超导磁体经济性.%Aiming at the initial energy storage capacity optimization of SMES-FCL for suppressing the fluctuation of wind power output and improving lowvoltage ride through ( LVRT) performance, integrated configuration of SMES-FCL used in doubly fed induction generator ( DFIG) integrated system is studied from the perspective of stable operation and economical efficiency. The evaluation index of DFIG's LVRT capability is presented, economic costs is taken into account and the multi-objective optimization model of magnetic energy storage capacity is established. NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is used to solve the optimal magnet capacity that meets the research target.Comparing the performance with SMES, the simulation results showthat SMES-FCL can improve the economy of superconducting magnet compared with SMES.
