从科学实践哲学看陕甘宁边区科学文化建设

摘要

The traditional sci-tech philosophy, with scientific knowledge as its focus, develops a "moon-centered"sense of sci-tech culture, putting much emphasis on the importance of scientific knowledge, yet the philosophy of scientific practices focuses on practices, attaching great importance to the locality of scientific knowledge itself, which forms an "e-qual" sense of scientific culture. In this paper, this viewpoint is systematically interpreted by taking the building of scientif-ic culture in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border regions as an example.%传统的科技哲学以科学知识为核心，形成了“众星拱月”式的科技文化观，强调科学知识的重要性；科学实践哲学则以实践为突破口，强调科学知识本身的地方性，形成了“平行”式的科学文化观。文章以陕甘宁边区科学文化建设为例，系统阐释这一观点。
