基于最大效率的永磁无刷直流电动机优化设计

         

摘要

An optimized design method for permanent magnet brushless DC motor was presented based on the maximum efficiency. The relationship between the maximum efficiency and the mechanical characteristic of brushless motor was derived from the efficiency equation of DC motor. The preliminary electromagnetic design was done. The electromagnetic calculation was finished with motor designing software using the theory of equivalent magnetic circuit method. The solution was faster and more resource was saved. The motor was optimized using parametric analytic technique.%以电机的效率最大为优化目标,提出了一种永磁无刷直流电动机的优化设计方法.首先从直流电动机的效率公式出发,求出了无刷直流电动机的最大效率与电机性能的关系,完成电机的初步电磁设计;然后基于等效磁路法用电机设计软件进行电磁核算,等效磁路法的优点就是求解速度快而又不耗费资源;最后应用参数化分析技术对电机进行优化设计.
