便携式制冷系统恒温控制技术研究

         

摘要

介绍了便携式制冷系统微型压缩机驱动用无刷直流电动机控制器的设计与实现.在分析制冷量控制原理的基础上,给出了以高性能dsPIC30F2010单片机为核心、宽范围工作电压下的控制器硬件电路设计.研究了温度、转速双闭环控制策略,通过软件算法实现了恒温控制.实验表明,该控制器结构简单、紧凑,控制精度高,成本低廉,达到了便携式恒温制冷系统控制器的指标要求.%The design and realization of a brushless DC motor (BLDCM) controller in portable refrigeration system was described, using BLDCM as the compressor driving motor.Based on the analysis of the refrigeration principles, the hardware circuit design of the controller with wide range working voltage was given.High performance dsPIC30F2010 was used as the master control unit.The temperature-speed double closed loop control technique was studied and the thermostatic control was realized with software algorithm.Experimental results show that the controller is simple, compact, has low cost, high control accuracy, and meets control requirements of the portable refrigeration system.
