基于永磁同步电动机的新颖容错控制策略

         

摘要

Permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) are restricted in the high-reliability applications because of the instable running for a long time of the switching power devices and the open fault of the stator winding circuit. An innovative fault-remedial control strategy was proposed, offering a new fourth inverter pole based on three- phase threebridge inverter to connect the neutral point of the motor when the failure occurred. Then a circular rotating magnetic field was also formed. The topologic driver control model was simulated by the software of Matlab. Simulation results show that the method is reliable and feasible.%开关功率器件长时间运行的不稳定性及定子绕组断路故障限制了永磁同步电动机在高可靠性驱动领域的应用.提出了一种具有容错功能的驱动控制系统,在三相三桥臂逆变器的基础上,新增加了一个桥臂,使之在故障发生后与星型连接的永磁同步电动机的中性电线相连,在电机内部仍能形成圆形旋转磁场,并建立了相应的驱动控制仿真模型.研究结果表明,该方案可靠可行.
