基于高精度PWM技术的超声波电动机控制

         

摘要

分析了传统PWM控制技术解决方案,即通过提高DSP系统工作时钟频率增加控制系统的工作频率点,提高速度控制精度,但提高有限.分析了高精度PWM控制技术解决方案,即通过DSP中HRPWM模块的MEP控制,增加控制系统的工作频率点,提高速度控制精度,即使在同一系统工作时钟频率,也能较大地提高超声波电动机调频调速控制精度,比采用传统PWM控制技术,能更有效地提高超声波电动机调频调速控制精度.实验结果验证了该控制技术的正确性和设计的有效性.该技术能满足精细速度控制要求,易于工程应用.%Traditional PWM control technology solution is to increase speed control accuracy through increasing the DSP system clock frequency to increase the operating frequency point of the control system,but in a limited range. High-precision PWM control technology solution is to increase speed control accuracy through the DSP HRPWM module MEP control to increase the operating frequency point of the control system, even in the same system clock frequency, it can also greatly improve the speed control accuracy of ultrasonic motor than the traditional PWM control technology, and it can more effectively improve the ultrasonic motor speed control accuracy. The experimental results verify the correctness and validity of the design of this control technology. The technology can meet the fine speed control requirements, and is convenient for engineering applications.
