新型永磁偏置轴向磁轴承的原理分析与参数设计

         

摘要

研究了一种新型结构的永磁偏置轴向磁轴承,分析其结构和工作原理;利用等效磁路法推导出该型磁轴承的承载力、电流刚度以及位移刚度的数学表达式;给出了包括磁极面积、控制绕组及定转子结构等主要参数的设计和计算方法,对设计结果进行了电磁场仿真分析,结果表明:该型磁轴承结构紧凑、控制方便,适用于高速低功耗的场合.%A new permanent magnet bias axial magnetic bearing (PAMB) was introduced, and the configuration and fundamental principle were analyzed. The equivalent magnetic circuit was established to deduce the math expression and some equations for carrying capacity, current stiffness and displacement stiffness. The parameter design and calculation of the innovated magnetic bearing were presented including available area of magnetic pole, ampere - turns of control coils, stator and rotor configuration etc. The parameters of the proposed prototype were given. The magnetic field simulation was performed by using the finite element software. The results show that the presented PAMB has smaller volume compared to the existed structure, and it is easy to control, which is more suitable for the high speed or low loss occasions.
