IPM磁钢参数及隔磁槽对感应电势的影响

         

摘要

利用Maxwell 2D有限元软件,对一台8极内嵌式永磁同步电机中永磁体极弧系数、宽度以及厚度三个参数改变时,对电机定子绕组感应电势幅值和波形的影响进行了计算,绘制了三种参数变化与感应电势幅值和谐波含量( THD)值变化的关系图,从而可获得最大感应电势幅值和最小THD值时的最优磁钢尺寸.最后还计算了隔磁槽形状和漏磁系数的关系,得出具有最小漏磁系数时的隔磁槽的形状.%A 8-pole interior PMSM was simulated by Maxwell 2D finite element method in ANSOFT 13 ,aiming to stud-y the induced EMF caused by different polar arc coefficient, width and thickness of PM. By processing the simulation results , a chart of these three parameters was gotten with the THD and fundamental value of EMF were obtained, and then the optimal design value of three parameters where the motor has maximum amplitude and minimum THD value of induced EMF. In addition four designs of flux barriers shapes on motor leakage flux coefficient were studied to compare the advantages and disadvantages of different groove.
