Aiming at the deficiency of conventional brushless DC motor (BLDCM) design methods, the differences of the bus current and the phase current in BLDCM were analyzed by the calculation in its PWM mode. The phase current was the basis of the BLDCM electromagnetic design, and a new BLDCM design method was proposed based on PWM control mode. The result shows that the correctness of the BLDCM design is improved, and the effectiveness and feasibility of the method are verified.%针对常规无刷直流电动机设计方法存在的不足,通过对工作在PWM控制模式时无刷直流电动机电流的分析计算,区分了母线电流和电枢相电流的不同,指出无刷直流电动机的设计应主要依据电枢相电流,并提出一种PWM控制方式下无刷直流电动机设计的方法.样机实验结果表明,该方法显著提高了无刷直流电动机设计的准确性,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性.
