基于感应电动机的洗衣机称重算法研究

摘要

The load sense algorithm of washing machine with introduction motor was researched. The load sense principle of the washing machine was analyzed, and a new estimative method was introduced according to the inverter output voltage. The algorithm was easy to realize and the detections of voltage and current were no longer needed. The experiment results verified the validity of this new method.%研究了基于感应电动机的洗衣机自动称重算法,分析了洗衣机的称重原理,并根据称重原理提出了一种根据变频电机(变频器)输出电压估算洗衣机转动惯量的算法.该算法具有实现简单、不需要检测电压和电流的优点,实验结果验证了该算法的有效性.
