平动式啮合电动机的位置反馈控制系统

         

摘要

A closed loop control system was presented for the special structure and control method of translational meshing motor.The controller consists of FPGA and driver was designed for the special structure and control that method of translational meshing motor,and the rotor position feedback and current measurement device were developed.Control method and algorithm program based on rotor position detection were proposed according to torque principle of translational meshing motor,and the prototype test was carried out.The experimental results shows that control system can effectively reduce the translational meshing motor rotation speed fluctuation and the torque ripple as well as the phenomenon of out of synchronism.%针对平动式啮合电机的特殊磁极结构与控制方式,提出了一种闭环控制系统.设计了由FPGA控制器与驱动电路组成的驱动控制器,开发了平动转子位置反馈装置及电流检测电路.根据平动式啮合电动机的转矩形成原理,提出了基于转子位置检测的控制方法与算法程序,并进行了样机实验.实验结果表明了该控制系统能够有效降低平动式啮合电机的转速波动与转矩脉动,并克服了电机运动过程的失步现象.
