永磁无刷直流电动机三维温度场分析

         

摘要

利用Ansys有限元分析软件对永磁无刷直流电动机进行了温度场分布研究,应用传热学理论建市了电动机三维暂态温度场计算模型,根据永磁直流无刷电机内热交换理论给出了边界条件,并在求解域内给出了一定的假设,对其进行分析计算,得到了永磁直流无刷电机各部分温度场分布,并与实测结果基本一致,说明该分析方法对于永磁直流无刷电机的设计和优化具有一定的参考意义.%The distribution of the temperature field of the permanent magnet brushless DC motor was analysed by ansys finite element analysis software.A motor three-dimensional transient temperature field calculation model was establised based on heat transfer theory.Boundary conditions were given by the permanent magnet brushless DC motor heat exchange theory,and the certain assumptions in the solution domain were given.The temperature distribution of the various parts of permanent magnet brushless DC motor was achieved by its analysis and calculation,which was consistent with the measured results.The analysis method for permanent magnet brushless DC motor design and optimization has certain reference value.
