高转矩密度电机温度场分析及冷却系统优化

         

摘要

The high torque density motor for electric bus has small size,large torque and high water temperature of cooling system.A simulation model of motor temperature field was established,and the boundary condition of the model was set.Through the simulation analysis of the steady-state temperature field of the rated operating point and the transient temperature field of the short-time overload,it shows that the temperature rise of the driving motor satisfies the design requirement and the driving motor could run reliably.Meanwhile,the motor cooling system had been studied and optimized.The results show that the heat dissipation effect of circumferential helix circuit is more suitable for electric machine of bus.It could be optimize from the technique way with the actual situation of the motor.%针对电动客车用高转矩密度电机具有体积小、转矩大并且冷却结构水温高的特点,建立电机温度场仿真模型,设定了模型的仿真边界,对电机持续运行工况的稳态温度场和短时运行工况的瞬态温度场进行仿真分析,仿真结果显示该电机的温升满足设计要求,可以可靠运行.同时,对该电机冷却系统进行了研究和优化,结果表明,圆周螺旋水路结构的散热效果最好,可结合电机实际情况从工艺的角度来优化选择.
