电动汽车电机生产过程中对电机性能的检测必不可少,利用累积和控制图对电机性能检测数据进行在线监控,能够规避传统检测方法的不足,及时给出生产过程发生系统误差的预警信息,以便及时检修,降低产品损失率.%The performance testing is necessary in the electric motor productive process.The CUSUM control chart was used to monitor the performance testing data of electric motor productive process could ensure the monitoring accuracy and efficiency.Detecting online by the CUSUM control chart could avoid shortcomings of the traditional monitoring methods,supplied warning information in a timely manner,and reduced the loss rate of productions.
