一种新型循迹小车的研制

         

摘要

An intelligent tracking car has been designed, the car can run around a 0. 6 mm diameter's wire. Two-channel digital inductance sensor LDC1612 was adopted as the sensor to detection the wire, It tested the thin wire by the self-made coils connected on the sensor, based on the principle of eddy of current. The self-made coil's diameter can reach up to 4 cm. When the metal close to the coil, LDC1612 could find the change and output a digital data, then the data was sent to STM32 MCU for process and display by IIC interface. The average filtering algorithm added in the software pro-gramming in order to reduce interference, the car can move, turn left, turn right according to the processed data. The exper-imental result shows that the car can track and run around the fine wire. It provides a new method for intelligent tracking car.%设计了一种智能循迹小车,能够沿着直径0.6 mm的细铁丝构成的跑道行驶.金属检测传感器连接自制电感线圈,基于电涡流原理检测金属,自制线圈的直径达到4 cm.当金属物靠近线圈时,传感器将检测值转换为数字量输出,通过IIC接口送给STM32处理并显示.软件编程采用均值滤波算法,降低干扰,根据处理后的数据控制小车的前进、左转、右转.实验结果表明:该设计能够实现小车对细铁丝的循迹,使它沿着细铁丝跑道行驶.为智能小车的循迹增加了一种新方法.
