多支点轴承同轴度和垂直度光学检测

         

摘要

多支点轴承常用于支撑某个大型回转运动轴,为了保证运动轴的回转精度,要求各支点具有很高的同轴度和垂直度.提出了利用2台测微准直望远镜相互准直测微的光学检测方法,并根据测微读数计算出每个支点在测量坐标系中的坐标值,通过空间直线拟合求取公共轴线,以公共轴线作为基准轴线计算多支点轴承同轴度和垂直度,避免了配合间隙对检测结果的影响,能获得相对稳定的检测数据.%Multi-pivot bearings are usually used for supporting a large rotating shaft. In order to ensure normal running of the shaft, it is must be put forward the requirement of coaxiality and verticality of these multi-pivot bearings. An optical measurement method is provided, in which two micro alignment telescopes are use to collimate each other. The coordinates of every pivot can be work out according to the micro readings. These measured points are fitted to a straight line,the common axis,which is the datum axis of calculating the coaxiality and the verticality of multi-pivot bearings. The method avoid the influence of the fit clearance and the stable measuring data is achieved.
