水下柔性织物充气过程建模与仿真

         

摘要

柔性织物水下充气展开是一个小初容、大位移、强时变、非线性过程,其研究过程存在折叠建模困难、动态流场分析复杂等诸多难点,突破了分段逆向折叠建模、基于ALE的流固耦合、CAE/CFD动态流场混合分析等关键技术,完成了柔性织物展开过程的数值模拟,通过试验数据与仿真结果的对比,证明了所采用理论方法的有效性,研究成果对水下柔性织物的设计和优化提供了理论依据.%Flexible cloth charge expandedness is a complex nonlinear process with original small cubage, great displacement and strong time sensitivity, which exists many key points such as pucker modeling difficulty and dynamic flow field analysis complexity. Broke through key technologies of subsection converse pucker modeling, hydro-solid coupling based on ALE, CAE/CFD dynamic flow field mixed analysis. Finished numerical simulation of flexible cloth charge expandedness, and proved the validity of theory adopted through comparing test data with simulated data. The study results provide theoretical guidance for the design and optimization of underwater flexible cloth.
