基于PIPS半导体探测器的核电站放射性气溶胶测量系统设计

摘要

分析了PIPS半导体探测器的优点.基于该探测器设计了一套放射性气溶胶测量系统,对基于新型PIPS半导体探测器的放射性气溶胶探测装置的内部结构、探测原理进行了介绍,并对测量能谱的数据分析方法进行了阐述.%In this paper, advantages of PIPS semiconductor detector were analyzed. A kind of radioactive aerosol monitoring system which was based on PIPS semiconductor detector was designed. The inside structure and monitoring principle of detecting equipment were introduced. And solution method of measured energy spectrum was explained.
