逆变电源短路保护及限流策略

         

摘要

介绍了逆变电源IGBT短路耐受能力的概念,在分析了基于集电极-发射极电压检测的IGBT短路保护电路之后,详细介绍了三相逆变电源的短路模式和保护方法,并提出了一种硬件限流电路和软件限流环相结合的逆变电源限流策略,试验结果验证了该策略能有效地提高逆变电源的抗短路冲击能力.%The concept of short-circuit enduring capability of IGBT is presented. Short-circuit modes and protection methods of three-phase inverter are introduced particularly after analyzing the IGBT short-circuit protection circuit based on the collector-emitter voltage detection. An inverter current-limiting strategy of combining the hardware current-limiting circuits with the software current-limiting loop is introduced. Experimental results show that the inverter implemented with this current-limiting strategy can achieve well short-circuit resistant performances.
