毂帽鳍的节能机理分析

         

摘要

A computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method, combined with RNG turbulence model and the dynamic reference frame model(MRF), was used to calculate the hydrodynamic performance of normal propeller and propeller boss cap fins in open water. Through researching the force distribution on the propeller and the fins, combined with the analyzing of the wake fields of normal propeller and propeller with boss cap fins, the results showed that the thrust and torque produced by the fins were very little, the energy saving mechanism of fins was to improve the circumferential velocity of the flow field after the propeller, and then improved the thrust of the main propeller, thereby raised the efficiency.%应用计算流体力学方法(CFD),结合 RNG湍流模型和动参考系计算模型(MRF),对普通桨和桨+毂帽鳍的敞水水动力性能进行计算,通过对毂帽鳍及螺旋桨叶片的受力情况进行研究,结合普通桨和桨+毂帽鳍2种情况的桨后尾流场分析,结果表明,桨后毂帽鳍上产生的推力和扭矩有限,桨+毂帽鳍的节能机理主要是利用毂帽鳍削弱了毂涡,改善了桨后流场周向速度,提高了前桨的推力,从而提高了效率。
