潜艇通海阀内流场仿真与优化设计

         

摘要

Flow characters of a new sea suction valve are researched using CFD method in this paper. Based on numerical results, three measures are employed to optimize the flow channel and the CFD results show that the total pressure loss of the normal flow and reversed flow decreases 14.5%~23.46% and 24.6%~29.6% respectively after optimization. Flow resistance test is carried out according to JB/T 5296-1991. The differences of the total pressure loss between test data and numerical results are less than 12%.%采用 CFD方法研究某新型直角通海阀的内部流场特性,并基于模拟结果,采用三种措施对阀门流道进行优化设计。经优化后,不同流量下进水工况的总压损失减小了14.5%~23.46%,出水工况的总压损失减小了24.6%~29.6%。根据 JB/T 5296-1991进行的流阻试验发现,通海阀进出口压差的试验值与计算值误差不超过12%,验证了数值计算的可靠性。
