动力系统集成方案设计研究

         

摘要

According to the main propulsion power system's task book and the shipowners′ requirements on foreign trade ship, the ship′s resistance calculation is calculated and compared with ShipPower and NavCad software to obtain the effective power curve of the hull. And then use the self-developed power system design platform software, the ship′s propeller matching design calculation, access to the host recommended installed power and propeller best efficiency and maximum speed and other indicators. Through the selection of equipment, can be finalized to promote the power system design. Practice has proved that the design platform software can be convenient for the ship to promote the integrated design of the power system to provide reference and guidance.%根据某外贸船主推进动力系统任务书和船东要求,基于该船的设计参数,运用ShipPower、NavCad软件进行船舶阻力计算并进行比较,以获得船体有效功率曲线.再应用自主开发的动力模块设计平台软件,对该船的动力系统进行机桨匹配设计计算,获取主机推荐装机功率及螺旋桨最佳效率和最大航速等指标.通过设备选型,可最终确定动力系统设计方案.实践证明,该设计平台软件可方便的为船舶动力系统的集成设计提供参考和指导.
