基于滑模控制的船舶电力推进DTC系统

         

摘要

Aiming at the problems of torque, flux fluctuation and poor dynamic performance of the traditional direct torque control (DCT) electric propulsion system, the space vector modulation (SVM) technique is introduced to solve these problems.And on the basis of this, the sliding-mode control technology is also introduced to solve the problem that the con-trol effect is deteriorated due to the change of parameters such as stator resistance and rotor resistance during the running of the motor. By designing the sliding-mode stator flux observer improve the accuracy of stator flux estimation level, reduce the influence of parameter change on the estimation result, and improve the stability of the control system as a whole.The Mat-lab simulation results show that the stator flux linkage has high precision and can reduce the torque ripple at low speed, and also has strong robustness to the internal parameters and external disturbances of the system.%针对传统直接转矩控制船舶电力推进系统在电机低速运行时转矩、磁链脉动大与动态性能差的问题,引入空间矢量调制技术来解决这些问题.并且在此基础上,还针对因电机运行时参数变化包括定子电阻、转子电阻等参数变化而导致控制效果变差的问题,引入滑模控制技术来解决,通过设计滑模定子磁链观测器来提高定子磁链估算级精度,减小参数变化对估算结果的影响,从而在整体上提高了控制系统的稳定性.经过Matlab仿真验证,证明这种控制策略定子磁链的观测精度较高,可以有效地减小低速时的转矩脉动,同时还对系统内部参数变化和外部干扰都具有较强的鲁棒性.
