船舶压载水处理系统US处理器设计及声场仿真研究

         

摘要

本文旨在探索和研究US处理器设计及其工作特性.首先利用公式和相关参数对US处理器进行相应设计计算,然后利用Matlab软件编程,对US处理器内的声场分布进行仿真计算,研究处理器结构尺寸、频率对其工作性能的影响,得到影响规律.结果表明:由于声波在介质中传播时存在损耗,在理论值时,US处理器性能并未达到最优,最终需要微调H才能得到性能最佳的处理器;声压幅值平均值Pam随f的增高而减小,非均匀性指数NUI随f的增加而增大,为了提高超声作用效果,设计中应选用频率较低的超声波.%This paper aims to explore and study US processor design and its operating characteristics. First, using the formulas and parameters calculates the US processor accordingly. Then, applying the Matlab software programmingsimula-tion counts the sound field distribution within US processor to study the affect of structure size of the processor andfre-quency to its work performance, and give the effect of principle. The results show that due to the loss when the acoustic wave propagates in the medium, US processor performance is not optimal in theoretical value, eventually need fine-tuning H to get the best performance of the processor;Pam, the average amplitude of the sound pressure, reduces with the increase off;NUI, non-uniformity index, increases with the increase off. In order to improve the effect of ultrasound, the design should opt for a lower frequency ultrasound.
