PDCA循环法在预应力管桩施工管理中的应用

摘要

Combined with prestressed pipe pile reinforcement soft soil foundation adopted in Cangnan railway station, the PDCA cyclic manage-merit method applied in prestressed pipe pile construction process was introduced. The work efficiency was enhanced by adopting advanced ma-chine, scientific proper construction organization and effective control of important procedure, therefore guaranteed pipe pile quality.%结合苍南车站采用预应力管桩加固软土地基的工程实例,介绍了预应力管桩施工过程中运用PDCA循环管理方法,通过使用先进的机械设备和科学合理的施工组织安排及对重点工序的有效控制,从而提高工作效率,保证管柱质量.
