针对新校区建设是一项复杂的系统工程,就如何做好新校区规划与建设工作这一问题,结合基建管理过程中规划设计、施工准备、施工管理、资料管理到竣工决算等内容进行了探讨,以加快新校区建设步伐.%The construction of new campus is a complicated system project, aiming at the problem that how to accomplish plan and construction of new campus, the paper discusses about plan, preparation, management and material management as well as final account of completion, so as to quicken construction steps of new campus.
