The development status of Chinese Heating Ventilation and Air-conditioning (HVAC) was introduced, and the control systera of Heating Ventilation and Air-conditioning management and optimization and its function design were described. It concluded that the system can be realized optimum by dividing software design into three functional modules and integrated into together.%介绍了我国HVAC系统的发展现状,描述了暖通空调能量管理与优化控制系统的功能设计,得出将软件设计分为三大功能模块并集成在一起能实现系统运行最优化的结论.
