浅谈建设工程实施合理化低价中标的意义

阐述了合理低价中标的概念及特点,系统地分析了我国建设工程招投标中实施合理化低价中标的意义,并指出合理低价中标法的实施,有利于强化施工企业内部管理,推动工程保险、工程担保等相关服务性行业的发展.%The concept and characteristics of succeeding in bidding at rational low price wea-e illustrated. The meaning of implementing suc-ceeding in bidding at rational low price in Chinese building engineering was analyzed systematically. It also pointed out that implementing suc-ceeding in bidding at rational low price was favorable to strengthen construction enterprise's inner management, promote engineering insurance and engineering guarantee and other related service industrial development.
