大连市高新区低碳城市规划研究

摘要

对我国目前低碳城市的内涵和规划理论进行了回顾和总结，提出低碳城市规划主要应关注的要素，然后针对大连市高新区自身特征总结了其在低碳城市规划中的实践经验，为低碳城市发展指明了方向。%The paper flashbacks and sums up the connotation and planning theories for the current low-carbon cities in China, points out the fac- tors for the low-carbon urban planning, and summarizes the practical experience for the low-carbon cities according to the self features of the high-tech zone of Dalian, so as to direct the development of the low-carbon cities.
