The paper explores the agricultural transformation in Huairen county, illustrates the necessity of the improvement of the modem agri- culture, analyzes the advantages and troubles in the transforming agricultural development in the county, and points out the respective strategies and suggestions, so as to enhance the profound development of the new rural construetion.%针对怀仁县农业转型工作进行了探讨，阐述了目前加快推进现代农业的必要性，分析了怀仁县转变农业发展方式具备的优势及困境，针对性地提出了相应对策及建议，以期促进新农村建设工作的深入开展。
