机制砂的质量控制及在混凝土中的应用

摘要

Combining with concrete engineering construction in mining subsidence area processing project of Lu＇ an group, it describes the production process quality control of manufactured sand and the testing method of main technologies, and explores the concrete quality mixed with manufactured sand instead of river-sand mixing concrete. It demonstrates that large amount manufactured sand application guarantees engineering quality, saves engineering cost, and achieves good economic and social benefits.%结合潞安集团采煤沉陷区治理项目中混凝土工程施工，阐述了机制砂的生产过程质量控制及主要技术指标的试验检测方法，对用机制砂代替河砂拌制的混凝土质量进行了探讨，表明机制砂的大量应用保证了工程质量，节约了工程成本，取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
