谈建设项目造价控制的技术方法

摘要

针对目前以事后控制为主的建设项目造价控制方法的弊端，探讨了如何实现对建设项目造价的有效控制，分别阐述了选定造价控制对象、收集信息、开展造价控制活动、改进方法等环节的工作重点，并提出了具体建议，以指导实践。%In light of disadvantages of afterwards cost control for construction project, this paper discusses how to realize effective cost control for construction project, respectively describes critical points in selecting controlling target, collecting information, launching cost control activity, and improving methods and so on, and puts forward corresponding suggestions, so as to guide practice.
