工程管理人才培养模式的创新与实践

摘要

针对当前我国工程管理专业人才方面存在的问题，结合教学实践，基于人才培养模式方面提出了相应的解决对策，同时从四个方面加以论述，以期培养出满足社会发展需求的管理人才。%In view of problems existing in current domestic engineering management talents, combining with teaching practice, based on talents cultivation mode, it proposes corresponding countermeasures, and discusses them from four aspects, with a view to cultivate management talents meeting society development demand.
