谈工程监理的协调

摘要

This thesis inquires common coordination issues in supervision work, and holds that supervisors should not only stick to principles but also be flexible and avoid the blindness of supervision work, with a view to play the role of engineering supervisor in construction.%主要针对监理工作中常见的协调问题进行了探讨，提出作为监理人员，协调既要把握原则又要灵活，避免盲目的进行监理工作，以期充分发挥工程监理在建筑施工中的作用。
