浅谈水利工程风险处理

摘要

Combining with the features of the hydraulic engineering, the paper explores the risk treatment measures of the hydraulic engineering according to the higher risks in the hydraulic engineering, illustrates the four management measures, including the risk avoidance, the risk transmission, the risk relief, and the risk retention, and points out the optimized treatment ways for the engineering risk transmission.%结合水利工程项目特点，针对水利工程领域专业性较强的风险探讨了水利工程风险处理措施，着重阐述了风险规避、风险转移、风险缓解以及风险自留四种风险管理措施，指出工程风险转移的处置方式最有利。
