This thesis expounds critical technology for the horizontal removal of office building in Changsha Laodao River Guangsheng village.It mainly includes guideway girder fabrication,underpinning,cutting,synchronize removal and in-place connection five aspects,and accumulates relevant construction experience,which has significant meaning for urban building group renovation.%介绍了长沙捞刀河广胜村部办公楼的整体平移工程中的关键技术,主要包括轨道梁的制作、托换、切割、同步平移和就位连接五个方面,积累了相关施工经验,对城市建筑群改造具有重要意义。
