国有房地产开发企业可持续发展新思路探讨

针对如何维持生存和保证可持续性发展,从两个方面阐述了自己的观点,包括强化企业自身内部管理和积极开拓市场,提出了除积极参与市场竞争,开发商品房外,解决开发项目不足的三个补充办法,以期推进国有中、小型房地产开发企业的可持续发展。%In light of how to maintain survival and guarantee sustainable development,it describes the author＇s views from two aspects of strengthening enterprise interior management and actively developing market,proposes three compulsory methods for solving developing project insufficiency besides actively participating to market competition and developing commodity houses,so as to promote the sustainable development of national small and middle sized developing enterprises.
