多年冻土地区建筑设计浅析

摘要

This paper analysed the natural characteristics of the years permafrost zone and harms to the structures,elaborated should be based on the frozen and melting condition of permafrost to determine the design state of foundation.And proposed frost heaving effective measures of permafrost area buildings from the angle of building structures,in order to reduce building uneven settlement,wall deformation,crack and other damages because of frost heaving.%分析了多年冻土区的自然特点及对建筑物的危害,阐述了设计时应根据冻土的冻结和融化状态来确定地基的设计状态,并从建筑构造的角度提出了冻土地区建筑物防冻胀有效措施,以减少由于冻胀引起的建筑物不均匀沉降,墙体变形、开裂等破坏。
