Combining with the engineering projects, the paper sums up the construction craft, the construction methods and the quality control for the static pressure prestressed concrete pipe pile in the foundation construction of high-rise buildings, so as to provide more systematic direction for the similar projects.%结合工程施工实例，科学总结了静压高强度预应力混凝土管桩在高层建筑基础施工中的施工工艺、施工方法和质量控制，以期为同类型工程的施工提供较为系统的指导。
