箱梁端部混凝土开裂及防治研究

摘要

针对双线单室箱梁预制过程中在预初张拉后端部时常出现开裂的现象，对其开裂原因进行了分析，最后提出了预防箱梁端部混凝土开裂的方法，消除了混凝土开裂现象，保证了梁体的外观和质量。%In this paper, two-lane single-chamber box early in the pre-process the ministry of tension from time to time cracking the back-end phenomenon, its analysis of the causes cracking, and finally proposes to prevent cracking of concrete box girder end method, eliminated the cracking phenomenon concrete, ensured the appearance and quality of beam body.
