浅谈高速公路工程项目管理

摘要

Combining with engineering practice, this paper put forward the demand of design standard, engineering quality and project management of the highway was high, must pay attention to and strengthen the management problems in the site construction of highway%结合工程实践,提出高速公路的设计标准、工程质量和项目管理要求高,必须重视和加强高速公路现场施工中的管理问题,从提高全员质量意识、重视工地试验室建设、重视现场管理、安全生产管理、文明施工及合同管理提高项目管理水平等方面进行了论述,以达到预期的目标。
