Based on the analysis of the investment control status in the high-speed railway program,the paper sums up the common problems in the investment control of the programs,and points out some solutions respectively,so as to enhance the investment control in the high-speed railway programs to be more scientific and effective.%通过目前高速铁路项目投资控制现状的分析,总结了该类项目投资控制常见的问题,同时提出了针对性的解决方法,从而使高铁项目投资控制更加科学高效。
