矸石山综合治理及煤矸石深加工项目技术与实施

摘要

Based on the comprehensive treatment of the formal waste dumps and the deep processing treatment of the new coal waste dump,the paper provides the design idea of the environment-friendly and cycling economy,optimizes the design scheme,has the fine organization and implementation,eliminates the geological disaster factors which threaten the safety production,and realizes the recycling application of the cycling economical wastes in coal mines(coal waste dump),so as to integrate the environmental,the social and economic benefits.%通过对原有矸石山的综合治理及新产生煤矸石的深加工处理,引进环保、循环经济的设计理念,优化设计方案,精心组织实施,彻底根治威胁安全生产的地质灾害因素,实现煤矿循环经济废弃物（煤矸石）的再生利用,以达到环境效益、社会效益和经济效益的统一。
