刍议建筑节能工程施工管理与控制

摘要

This paper analyzed the development situation of building energy conservation engineering construction and the key nodes of building energy conservation construction management control,and analyzed the existed some problems in building energy conservation construction on this basis,put forward energy conservation construction quality control measures from qualification examination,process monitoring,acceptance and energy conservation standard and marking and other aspects,so as to provide academic reference for the quality management and control of building energy conservation construction.%着重分析了建筑节能工程建设的发展现状以及建筑节能施工管理控制的关键节点,并以此为基础对建筑节能施工中出现的各种问题进行了梳理,提出了从资质审查、过程监控、竣工验收以及节能标准和标识建设等方面入手的节能施工质量控制措施,从而为建筑节能施工质量管理与控制提供了理论参考。
