多层砌体结构裂缝或变形原因分析及预防对策

摘要

对多层砌体建筑结构遇到的几种常见变形裂缝危害出现机理进行分析总结，指出是由于设计疏漏对地基基础设计规范变形计算执行不到位及构造设计不当造成的，提出有针对性的设计预防对策措施，希望本文能够对结构设计专业人员有所参考。%The paper analyzes and sums up the mechanism for some common hazards of deformation cracks in the multi layer architectural struc ture, points out the reasons are the careless design leading to the insufficient calculation for the deformation of the foundation design and the im proper components design, and indicates some strategic measures for the design for prevention accordingly, so as to provide the reference for the structural design professionals.
