高校基建工程优化管理研究

摘要

The paper analyzes the features of the infrastructure construction at colleges and its importance, explores the ideas and channels for op timizing the management according to the management of the infrastructure construction at colleges, and indicates from the earlier stage demon stration, the process management, and the settlement audit and other steps, so as to ensure the benign development of the infrastructure construe tion projects.%分析了高校基建的特点和重要性，针对目前高校基建的管理形式，探讨了优化管理的思路和途径，从前期论证，过程管理，结算审计等环节进行了论述，以保证基建工程的健康良性发展。
