Combining with the 500 mm× 2 600 mm prestressed beam high-formwork support of the second phase project of some grand hotel, the paper introduces the design and construction of the high-formwork support from the compilation reference of the formwork support, the design of the high-formwork support, the grouting of the prestressed beam concrete, the inspection of the formwork support, and the measures ensuring the construction quality of the formwork support, so as to provide the reference for the similar projects in future.%结合某大酒店二期工程500mm×2600mm预应力梁高大模板支架，从模板支架的编制依据、高大模板支架的设计、预应力梁混凝土的浇筑、模板支架的检测以及模板支架施工质量保证措施等方面介绍了高大模板支架的设计与施工，为今后同类工程提供了参考借鉴。
