QC小组活动及其相关问题的探讨

摘要

针对Qc小组活动的内容、意义、分类、特点进行了介绍，着重阐述了QC小组活动的具体步骤及相关问题，指出QC能够有效解决建筑工程实践中的诸多问题，建立良好的施工环境和操作流程，进而提高工程质量。%The paper introduces the contents, the significance, the classification, and the features for the activities for the QC group, mainly il lustrates the concrete steps and relative issues for the activities of QC group, and points out many problems can be solved by QC effectively in the architectural and engineering practice, the better construction environment and operation procedure can also be estabhsbed, so the engineering quality will be enhanced.
