中国环境保护政策评估与建议

摘要

针对目前国内在经济发展和环境保护方面存在的不同观点及执行环境政策中产生的问题进行了探讨，指出政策的有效实施必须要建立完善的制度，确立正确的发展理念，并通过对现行的环境保护政策和观念进行评析，提出了合理的建议，以期有效遏制环境恶化态势。%The paper explores the various opinions on the economic development and the environmental protection in China and some issues in the implementation of the environmental policies, points out the full sided system and the correct development ideas should be established in the ef fective implementation of the policies, evaluates the current environmental protection policies and some ideas, and points out some reasonable suggestions, so as to restrain the environmental deterioration effectively.
