谈应用型人才培养

摘要

结合自身教学经历，对土木工程专业培养“应用型”人才进行了解读，并就实施人才培养改革中的几个关键点阐述了自己的见解，以提高学生的工程实践能力。%Combining with the teaching experience, the paper interprets the training of the applied talents for the major of the civil engineering, and illustrates some own ideas on some key points for implementing the talent training reform, so as to enhance students' engineering practical ca pacity.
